Payment and Funding

Nursery Education Grant

We accept funding for 3 and 4 year olds. This is spread over a maximum of 15 hours per week. Please contact the school for more information how this funding is calculated from the fees.

Child Care Vouchers

We accept most voucher schemes which companies offer their employees, so please contact the school to confirm how the vouchers are deducted from the term’s fees.

Fee Payment

On admission, parents are required to pay a deposit fee which will be refunded during the last half term providing correct notice is received.

The term’s fees are payable in advance by the first day of each term. 

Notice Period

Notice that your child no longer requires a place at Kingfisher is required six weeks before the place is no longer required (i.e. half termly).  Failure to provide correct notice will result in the deposit being retained and a charge for the balance of the fees in lieu of notice.

Lunches

Lunch club runs daily from 12.00pm to 1.00pm  Your child needs to bring a healthy packed lunch and we invoice half termly for the lunch sessions that your child has stayed for.  The charge for this hour is £6.95.
